Once your order is complete, your template is delivered instantly.
You’ll receive an email with your download link right away, so you can open your template and begin creating whenever you’re ready.
And once it’s yours, it’s yours to keep. Save the file safely and return to it whenever you like, creating as many beautiful copies as you need for your special occasion.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, have a little look in your spam or promotions folder.
2. Open in Canva
Follow the link in your email to open your template in Canva.
A free Canva account is all you need. No paid subscription is required.

✦ 3. Make It Yours
Now comes the fun part.
You can change:
• Names, dates, and wording
• Fonts and type styles
• Colors
• Placement and sizing of elements
Everything is editable, so you can add your own little details and make it feel perfectly yours.
4. Save & Download
When everything looks just right, select Share → Download in the upper right corner of Canva.
For invitations and stationery, we recommend PDF Print for crisp, beautiful results.

Do I need a paid Canva account?
No. Our templates are designed to work with Canva’s free version.
Can I change the wording?
Absolutely. The text is editable, so you can add your own names, dates, details, and little touches.
What if I’m not very good with technology?
No worries at all. Canva is wonderfully simple once you get the hang of it. If you get stuck along the way, send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I print it at home?
Yes. We recommend downloading your finished design as PDF Print for crisp, beautiful results. You can print it at home or take the file to your favorite local print shop.
Can I share or resell the template?
Templates are for personal use only. Please don’t share the template link, resell the template, or redistribute the design.
